1. TABLE MONOBLOC FONTE

Dimensions 1m 20 x 0m 80 avec rallonges latérales (fonte) et frontale, longeur 2m (option).

2. ARBRE

- Fixe Ø 50mm avec jeu de bagues, course 190mm,

- Interchangeable avec fourniture d'un arbre Ø 50, 40 ou 30mm cône morse n°5,

- HSK 63F80 avec déblocage hydraulique (options).

Fourreau fonte diamètre 160mm, longueur 545mm. Roulements spéciaux grande vitesse, graissage centralisé à partir de l'avant de la machine. Blocage de l'arbre électromagnétique. Capôt d'aspiration inférieur.



2. SPINDLE

- Fixed spindle Ø 50mm with rings,

- Interchangeable spindle CM5 with supply of a spindle Ø 50, 40, 30mm or 1 1/4” with rings,

- Interchangeable spindle HSK 63F80 with hydraulic unlocking (option).

Special high-speed bearings, centralized grease lubrication system in front of the machine. Electro-magnetical spindle locking, lower chip ejector.


Table monobloc en fonte longueur 1,20m pour chaque largeur. Glissières taillées dans la masse avec lardons réglables empêchant tout basculement de la table dans le temps (principe machines-outils à métaux). Table soit sans rouleau, soit avec un ou deux rouleaux réglables par volant.



Cast iron monobloc table length 1,20m for each width, rails shaped in the block. The table is available without rollers, or with one or two rollers adjustable by hand-wheel.


Déplacements verticaux et horizontaux par boutons-poussoirs sans aucun blocage ni déblocage : autobloquant dans toute les positions

Déplacement horizontal parallèle aux plaques du guide : le réglage latéral des galet est concervé

Rotation et mise en place par un levier de vérouillage à action positive : pas de rique de désserrage et de contact avec l'outil en cour de travail

Indication digitale des épaisseurs de bois
